Introduction

Sana AI is a cutting-edge AI assistant designed to streamline information retrieval and knowledge management within an organization. With the individual Google Calendar Meeting integration, Sana AI can join meetings, provide recordings and insights, and let the user ask questions on their previous meetings, enhancing Sana AI’s ability to provide accurate, context-specific responses.

To do so, a Google Workspace admin must first mark the Sana app as trusted, after which the Sana admin can enable the integration for the users.

Integration Setup

On Google Workspace:

  1. For Configured apps, click Add app.

  2. Select OAuth App Name or Client ID.

  3. Enter the app's client ID (647342669360-rerfp13vg6682gd7qtdclgpfvnro0kdt.apps.googleusercontent.com) and click Search.

  4. Point to the app and click Select.

  5. Check the boxes for the client ID and click Select.

  6. Select Trusted and finish.
