Integration Capabilities
Sana Agents mirrors the user's access permissions on SharePoint. This means that users will have access to the same files and folders in Sana Agents as they do in SharePoint. The integration respects all existing SharePoint permissions, ensuring that users can only access data they are authorized to view. This mirroring of access ensures that there is no discrepancy between what a user can access on SharePoint and what they can access through Sana Agents.

Scope and Permissions
The scopes and permissions requested by the Sana Agents Sharepoint integration are as follows:
email: Allows the app to read your users' primary email address
Files.Read.All: Allows the app to read all files the signed-in user can access.
openid: Allows users to sign in to the app with their work or school accounts and allows the app to see basic user profile information.
Sites.Read.All: Allows the application to read documents and list items in all site collections on behalf of the signed-in user
User.Read: Allows users to sign-in to the app, and allows the app to read the profile of signed-in users. It also allows the app to read basic company information of signed-in users.

Capped at 10,000 assets
Integration Setup
In the left panel of Sana Agents, click Integrations, find Microsoft SharePoint in the list, and click on it.
Click Connect just for me.
Click Sync all of my Sharepoint sites.
Click Close.
Once these steps are completed, the successful integration should display a status of Synced in the list.
