Introduction
By connecting Outlook Calendar with Sana Agents, users can use Sana Agents' Note Taker. The Note Taker is a feature that automatically records and transcribes meetings. It captures the conversation, summarizes the key points, and presents them in an easily digestible format. This allows participants to stay aligned and informed even if they miss the meeting.
To do so, an Outlook admin must first mark the Sana app as trusted, granting the relevant permissions to the applications, after which the users can set up the private integration by themselves.
