In Microsoft Teams, there is an additional limitation:
Bots can only receive chat messages if the meeting chat is accessible to anonymous participants. If this setting is disabled, the Notetaker will not receive or act on commands.
If the meeting platform does not support bot chat messages, or if the Microsoft Teams anonymous chat requirement is not met, the Sana Agents Notetaker will not be able to act on your commands.
In those cases, the Notetaker will continue its default behavior for the meeting.

Type any of the following commands in your meeting chat to control the Notetaker. Make sure you are in a supported platform and, for Microsoft Teams, that the meeting chat is accessible to anonymous participants.
