Introduction

The Sana Agents Notetaker is designed to be commanded through intuitive interactions within the Sana Agents workspace. Users can manage the note-taking process by initiating or stopping the recording of meetings, requesting automated summaries, and identifying action items. The system is also built to accommodate user commands for privacy control, such as excluding the Notetaker from certain discussions.

How It Works

Overall, the command functionality is focused on simplicity and efficiency, allowing users to easily access and manage meeting documentation and insights.

During a meeting, users can control the Notetaker by typing commands such as:

  • Sana Agents: help: Displays a list of available commands and how to use them.

  • Sana Agents: pause: Pauses the Notetaker's recording and summarizing activities.

  • Sana Agents: resume: Resumes the Notetaker's recording and summarizing of the meeting.

  • Sana Agents: leave: Removes the Notetaker from the meeting.
