Does it matter what language I use?
No, it does not matter what language you use to ask questions. For example, if a document is in German, you can ask questions about it in any other supported language. Sana AI will handle the translation and provide you with the relevant information.

What language will I get the meeting notes in if we speak different languages during the meeting?
Sana AI can understand multiple languages not only in chat but also during meetings. If multiple languages are spoken during a meeting, the notetaker can handle these languages and will provide the meeting notes in the most prevalent language spoken. This ensures that the notes are as accessible and useful as possible to the majority of participants.

Requesting additional languages

Please note that the demands on our translation engine increase with each new supported language. All non-English documents must be translated into English since English embeddings have been found to vastly outperform multilingual models, resulting in improvements in both accuracy and efficiency. While it may not be feasible for us to initially include every language for source documents, know that we are committed to expanding our language options as much as possible as the needs of our customers evolve.
