Please note that this action is irreversible, and all your data will be permanently removed.
Step-by-Step Guide to Delete Your Sana AI Account
Go to Settings
Navigate to the bottom left corner of the Sana AI interface.
Click on the Settings icon.
Access Profile Settings
In the Settings menu, find and click on Profile Settings.
Delete Account
Within the Profile Settings, locate the Delete Account option.
Click on Delete Account.
Confirm Deletion
A confirmation prompt will appear to ensure you want to proceed with deleting your account.
Confirm your decision by clicking on Confirm.
Once you have confirmed, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted from Sana AI.
Important Considerations
Data Loss: Deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all your data, including any documents, settings, and preferences associated with your account.
Irreversibility: This action cannot be undone. Make sure you have backed up any important information before proceeding.

Right to Erasure: You have the right to have your personal data erased from our systems.
Right to Data Portability: You can export your data before deleting your account.
The export job runs every 5 hours, so you might have to wait a few hours until you can download your data. This option is available in the Profile Settings.
