With the Sana AI and Google Drive integration, users can seamlessly access and manage their Google Drive files directly within Sana AI, enhancing their ability to retrieve and utilize organizational data efficiently.
Integration capabilities
Beyond simply searching for information, the integration allows users to browse, select, and manage Google Drive files within Sana AI. This includes selecting multiple files or folders for access and ensuring that these files are available for use within Sana AI's interface. Users can perform these actions without leaving the Sana AI environment, streamlining workflow and enhancing productivity.

This integration is shared, allowing multiple users within an organization to access and utilize the files selected through the integration.
Availability
The integration is available in the Team and Enterprise tiers, ensuring flexibility and scalability for various organizational needs.
Scope and permissions
The integration accesses files and folders within Google Drive that are explicitly selected by the user. It requests permissions to view and manage these files to ensure that users can only access data they are authorized to interact with, respecting the permissions set within Google Drive.
Integration setup
On Google Workspace:
Go to App access control.
Click Add app under Configured apps.
Select OAuth App Name or Client ID.
Enter the client ID: 647342669360-ke5g1b16fqgk58mu0rgpb6gupskem3rp.apps.googleusercontent.com and click Search.
Point to the app, click Select, check the boxes for the client ID, and click Select.
Mark as Trusted and finish.
For Shared Google Drive integration:
During creation, select "Browse assets." After creation, navigate to the 'Shared Integrations' section, select your Google Drive integration, and then "Browse assets."
You will be redirected to a Google Drive picker (authorization may be required).
Select files or folders using the picker. Multiple selections can be made by clicking and dragging or using Ctrl + click (Windows) or Command + click (Mac).
With selections made, click "Select."
The selected files/folders will be displayed within Sana AI.
Click "Save" to complete the setup.
