Scope and Permissions
The integration requests access to your Box account to sync and retrieve data necessary for Sana AI to provide context-specific responses. It respects shared Box integration's underlying permissions, ensuring users can only access data they are authorized to view. This setup maintains the integrity and privacy of your information.

Integration setup
In the left panel of Sana AI, click Integrations, find Box in the list, and click on it.
Click Connect shared.
Login to Box and click Grant Access to Box.
Click Browse Assets.
Choose the folders and files that you would like to share access with Sana by ticking on the boxes, then click on the check button at the bottom.
You've completed the set-up process, click X to close.
