The Sana AI Team Tier is designed for smaller organizations, offering enterprise-grade AI capabilities without the high cost. This tier is particularly suitable for teams that need to manage user roles and access efficiently while leveraging AI to enhance productivity and collaboration.
Upgrading to Team Tier Plan from Free
At the bottom left of Sana AI, access the credits section.
Click Select team. You have the option to choose between an annual or monthly subscription.
You will be billed based on the number of current users in your workspace during the process. Note: Only the workspace owner can initiate this upgrade, modify billing, and add or remove users.
Managing Users on the Team Tier Plan
Upgrading affects the entire workspace, not individual users.
All existing and added users will automatically be included in the Team plan.
There is no option to designate free users within the same workspace.
Adding and Removing Users
To add users: Owners can add new members by clicking Invite beside the Help button in the top right corner. Select the role, enter the email address, and click Send.
To remove users: Navigate to Settings, select Workspace Settings, and click Members. Use the drop-down arrow under the Role column and select Remove.
Note: Pro-rated adjustments and charges for adding or removing users will appear in the next billing cycle.
Updating Payment Details and Subscription
To update your credit card information: Navigate to "Manage Plan and Billing" in Settings. Click the Manage button to update the payment details.
To cancel your subscription: Navigate to "Manage Plan and Billing" in Settings. Click the Manage button to proceed with cancellation.
Subscription Continuity: If an automatic payment is declined due to insufficient funds or any payment error, the workspace will revert back to the Free tier plan. If there are no users in a workspace, the subscription will be automatically canceled shortly after.
Deleting a workspace results in automatic cancellation due to lack of users.
Changing Subscription Plans: To switch from annual to monthly or vice versa:
Navigate to "Manage Plan and Billing" in Settings. Click the Manage button on your current plan to update.
Note: Refunds will take 5-10 business days, and pro-rated charges will be billed in the next cycle.
Transferring Workspace Ownership: If the previous owner left or no user has owner access, contact Sana AI support. Your request will be sent to our team for processing.
