Introduction
Integrating Sana Agents with Outlook Email allows seamless, read‑only access to your Outlook Inbox so you can search and summarize your emails.

This integration is available for Free, Team and Enterprise tiers.
Scope and Permissions
We use the Microsoft Graph API with the following scopes:

Limitations
Email attachments are not included.
Only the primary Inbox is indexed; subfolders are not included.
Up to 10,000 of your most recent emails in the primary Inbox are available through this integration.
Integration setup
Click "Connect just for me" on the Outlook Email integration.
Follow the prompts to authorize Sana Agents to access your email. Click Accept.
Note: If you are a Microsoft administrator, select “Consent on behalf of your organization” to let any user connect the integration, otherwise, approval will be required as shown below.
Outlook will grant Sana Agents access to your primary Inbox. No additional folder selection is required.
Click Close.
