Last week, Bloomberg shared our vision for the next era of AI. We're moving beyond search and assistance to something more powerful: AI agents that complete complex, multi-step tasks.

This isn't a future vision. It's happening now. From helping pharmaceutical researchers process vast amounts of data to transforming how financial teams conduct due diligence, our AI agents are already reshaping how work gets done.

With that—DeepSeek R1 is now available for early testing on Sana Agents Enterprise. With exceptional performance across a range of benchmarks, the open-source model enables AI agents to apply deep logic before responding to queries. More information below along with some other key updates.

DeepSeek R1

DeepSeek on Sana Agents is hosted in EU/US data centers, meaning your data remains on Western servers. We are committed to retaining the highest standards of data security and privacy.

New citations

Citations are improved with a more accurate model and new design. Meeting citations lets you go directly back to when something was said and replay it. We show more content than before and highlight the most relevant parts for you.

Centralized Sharepoint and Google Drive integrations

A single administrator can now set up Sharepoint and Google Drive integrations for all users. Easier than ever, and everyone’s permissions will be respected. Limit to the files and folders your organization wants to include in your knowledge base.

Start page updates

We've refreshed the Start page to provide more useful information as soon as you log in. You can review upcoming meetings and decide if you want the Notetaker to join, navigate back to recent past meetings, and review your most recently-viewed search results. You'll always see your most recent tasks first now, too.

Smaller changes, updates, and bug fixes

  • We have a new web search engine with 85% higher accuracy.

  • You can schedule the Notetaker to join a meeting later and set the meeting title.

  • You can take actions on a meeting directly from the meeting page.

  • More agentic action integrations are available for Jira, Linear, Slack, and email for Enterprise users. Reach out to your Sana customer representative for more information.

  • Enterprise admins can also customize any data retention schedule they wish. Reach out to your Sana customer representative to set it up.

  • Outlook email integration is available to all paid tiers.

  • Integrations to Monday and Asana are available to Team-tier users.

  • The Notetaker pins the message in Google Meet so all users see it when they join a call.

  • Google Drive supports selecting Shared Drives in the integration setup.

  • We’ve added support for domain-controlled validation for SSO. Admins can enforce SSO sign-in and won’t need users to validate their own emails.

  • Admins can also set the default persona and which agents should be pinned for all users in their workspace.

  • Sana Agents supports even more legacy document types.

  • The chat can render mathematical equations.

  • We’ve improved transcriptions, e.g., ensuring a name is spelled the same way throughout a meeting.
