Introduction

The Meetings tab brings all your scheduled and recorded meetings together in one place. View summaries, search transcripts, watch recordings, and catch up on what you missed, no matter where you are.


How to use the feature

Connect your calendar

To start seeing your meetings in the app:

  1. Go to Profile → Integrations

  2. Tap Calendar (Google or Outlook)

  3. Approve the connection

  4. Your meetings appear in the Meetings tab within seconds

Once connected, meetings sync automatically. You'll see Upcoming (scheduled meetings) and Past (completed and recorded sessions).

View meeting details

Tap any meeting to see:

  • Summary — Key points, decisions, and action items

  • Transcript — Full time-stamped record (searchable)

  • Participants — Who attended

  • Recording — Play and scrub through the audio

Automatic recording

If your workspace enables automatic recording, meetings that you attend are recorded and processed automatically. Look for a "Recorded" badge on meetings in the list to see which ones were captured.

Note: Not all organizations enable auto-recording. Check with your admin if you're unsure whether your meetings will be recorded.

Search the transcript

Long meeting? Find what you're looking for:

  1. Open a meeting

  2. Tap the Transcript tab

  3. Search for keywords to jump to specific moments in the recording


When to use the feature

The Meetings tab is perfect for:

  • Catching up on meetings you couldn't attend

  • Finding action items and decisions without watching the full recording

  • Reviewing specific moments from a long meeting

  • Searching for context about what was discussed

  • Sharing meeting summaries with your team

  • Keeping organized records of important conversations


Tips for best experience

  • Connect your calendar immediately so meetings populate automatically

  • Review summaries the same day while context is fresh

  • Use the transcript search to find specific moments in long recordings

  • Record in-person sessions promptly and upload them right away


Troubleshooting

Meetings tab is empty

  • Go to Profile → Integrations and connect your Calendar

  • Verify you have upcoming meetings in your calendar app

  • Pull down on the Meetings tab to manually refresh

  • Some orgs restrict the Meetings tab to admins - ask your workspace admin if you can't access it

Recording won't upload

  • Ensure you have a stable connection (Wi-Fi preferred)

  • Check that you have sufficient storage on your device

  • If stuck, try again over Wi-Fi

  • Enable Profile → Preferences → Data Usage → Wi-Fi Only Uploads if you're on a limited plan

Summary not appearing

  • Processing takes a few minutes depending on recording length

  • You'll get a notification when it's ready

  • Check back in 5-10 minutes


FAQ

Q. Why is my Meetings tab empty?
A. Go to Profile → Integrations and connect your Calendar. Verify you have upcoming meetings in your calendar app, then pull down to manually refresh.

Q. How long does it take to generate a summary?
A. Processing takes a few minutes depending on recording length. You'll get a notification when it's ready. Check back in 5-10 minutes.

Q. Why isn't my recording showing up?
A. Ensure you have a stable connection (Wi-Fi preferred) and sufficient storage on your device. If stuck, try again over Wi-Fi.

Q. Can I export a meeting summary?
A. Yes. Tap the share button on the summary to export as PDF or send to Slack or email.

Q. Is recording automatic, or do I need to enable it?
A. If your workspace enables automatic recording, it happens for you. Otherwise, you can record meetings manually using the in-person recorder. Ask your admin if you're unsure.
