The Workday org-chart integration enables you to ask questions in natural language about employees and organizations in Workday and get back profile data for employees and org-chart visualizations.

Integration set-up
1. Find and click on “Workday (Org Chart)” integration inside of the list of available integrations on the integrations page.
2. Enter your Workday Host and Tenant ID. Click Continue once ready.
3. Click “Connect just for me”
4. You will now be redirected to Workday, sign in with your account.
5. Once logged in, you will be redirected back to Sana and you are good to go.
Known limitations
This is a very limited integration made for a proof-of-concept to showcase the potential of bringing Workday data into Sana. It will be further expanded in the future!

Q: My organization uses Workday, can I request access to this integration?
A: No, it is currently in Beta for only Workday employees. We will launch a more comprehensive Workday integration in the future!
Q: How often is the data synced?
A: The data is synced in real-time.
Q: Can I create, update or delete data in Workday from Sana through this integration?
A: No, this integration currently only supports read operations.
